Assessment of subject and methodological competencies of graduates of a pedagogical university — future teachers of informatics: Deficits and prospects

The article is devoted to the analysis of assessment results pedagogical university graduates’ subject and methodological competencies determine professional deficits future informatics teachers, their readiness for activity, building continuity between training personnel subsequent support graduates a in activities creation implementation continuous system education. 35 students Faculty Physics Mathematics Voronezh State Pedagogical University took part study 2022: 10 field 44.03.01 “Pedagogical Education” (profile “Informatics ICT”) 25 44.03.05 Education (with two profiles)” (profiles “Mathematics”, “Informatics”). maximum number primary points diagnostic work 38 points. In course study, performed consisting 16 tasks: first evaluated competencies, second assessed teachers informatics. obtained was carried out using single-sample Kolmogorov—Smirnov test, Student’s t-test independent samples. were systematized visualized Microsoft Excel spreadsheets; statistical SPSS Statistics 26.0 software. indicate that majority university, informatics, do not reach basic level formation have training. Graduates 4th year demonstrated higher compared 5th show need changes content organization educational process at university. may be interest who train institutes education development, centers improvement skills, providing advanced retraining
